Welcome to Orlando Epilepsy Center

Patients are required to complete a general registration form on their first visit.
This form includes the basic information about the patient and their referring
physician, their main complaint as well as their insurance information.

Payment and Insurance

We are a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans in Central
Florida. Any service provided that is not covered by the patient's insurance will
be the patient responsibility or their guardian.

We request payment at the time of your appointment for services that are not
covered by insurance. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a
co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will
work closely with patients who require a payment plan.

regarding your coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or
insurance company.
